Peters & Associates Ltd. is a boutique management consulting firm based in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We are dedicated to serving clients throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
We accomplish our mission by working with our clients to fully understand their needs and expectations and then establishing a customized process or program to fulfill these needs and expectations.
Our services range from financial analysis and business planning to feasibility studies and performance measurement. We have particular strengths in business restructuring and developing creditor proposals.
The preponderance of our work has been with the private sector (small to medium-sized businesses) and the not-for-profit sector (mostly industry associations). However, we have also been involved in several large scale strategic planning initiatives related to community and economic development.
